When you buy a motorcycle or ATV, one question matters as much as the vehicle itself: what happens when it needs a repair or a service? At MEGA we stand behind every model with guaranteed spare parts and our own service team. This article explains how after-sales support works.

Guaranteed spare parts

We guarantee spare-parts availability for every MEGA model. Thanks to our large parts stock, parts are delivered straight from stock. Maintenance and repairs are done by our own service team, who know the brand best.

Flexible service: at our workshop or where you are

Our expert team stays with you after the sale. For maintenance and repairs you have two options:

• Bring your vehicle to our Megamet workshop
• Ask the service team to come to you, at home or at work

Simple checks before you ride

Alongside regular servicing, a few minutes of checks before each ride help you spot problems early:

• Tyre pressure and tyre condition
• Brakes working properly
• Lights, indicators and horn
• On chain-driven models, the chain’s condition
• On liquid-cooled models, the coolant level

Follow your owner’s manual for service intervals.

Warranty

The electric ES1 comes with a 2-year full warranty. Ask our sales team about the warranty terms for other models.
